A Little About Me...

I began selling Real Estate in Park City, Utah in 1987, moving to Ohio in 1993 and obtained an Ohio Real Estate license until moving to Sarasota Florida in 2001, which I became a Real Estate Broker in 2002.

I started Talk Florida Real Estate because most people want to shop online before they talk. Potential customers do not want to be hassled, but they want to feel free to ask questions when they are ready, set listing alerts and get comfortable with someone they currently might not know. Hence, Talk Florida Real Estate was created.

My soft sale approach has proved to be very successful in capturing and keeping valuable customers that depend on a knowledgeable, honest, caring Realtor, initially, just to talk to, but in the end that can complete the transaction with ease and satisfaction. My Experience...

The School Of Hard Knocks is the most expensive, highly recommended school in the world; and I have an unofficial Master’s degree covering the following subjects:

Life’s lessons, joy, hope, love, rejection, disappointment, success, and failure, all of which have defined my ability to market and sell real estate.

More importantly, the college education in Business Administration and all the years of schooling in real estate, mortgages, title, banking, construction, and appraisal along with all continuing education requirements which keep my customers returning and depending upon my expertise.

I currently hold a Real Estate and Mortgage Brokers license. In the past, I have held the position of title marketing and escrow agent, bank manager, contractor-building four spec homes, and a St. Cert. REA Appraiser.
