A Little About Me...
Since 1981, I have been working with Sellers to formulate and execute the proper price, marketing plan, and negotiation techniques to result in the fastest sale with the most monetary return possible.
I use the most advanced tools to ensure that every property that I represent is presented to the most buyers. You will always be updated on your properties status and know what is going on with your sale. I communicate at least once a week with you throughout the process.
Buyers: you have similar benefits as well. You'll be connected with a local lender to get pre-approved, I will set you up on a search of the entire MLS and only put properties that match YOUR specific needs. You will have your own website available to view, edit, track, and share the listings with others. It's specific to your needs and like an online manila folder holding every property you've seen online and/or off line. When a new list comes on the market ... You're notified immediately allowing you to be in the know at all times.

My Experience...
I started my real estate career in 1981. I had been a child care counselor with the NYS Division of Youth. I soon realized that my counseling skills are a compliment to the knowledge I have of real estate. Since then, I've never looked back having helped 100's of people get the American Dream of Homeownership.
